Closing date: 22nd September 2008

Vacancy ref: LE03844

The Millennium Mathematics Project, based at the University of Cambridge, is seeking a graduate in mathematics or a related subject with substantial secondary school teaching experience to take on the part-time (40%) role of Cambridgeshire Further Mathematics Centre Project Co-ordinator. The Centre provides teaching of AS and A2 Further Mathematics modules to pupils at schools in the Cambridgeshire region which for various reasons require support with Further Maths teaching.

The post is based in Cambridge but involves some travel within the Cambridgeshire region.

The successful candidate will have experience of teaching Further Mathematics, excellent organisational and co-ordination skills, excellent communication skills, excellent IT skills, the ability to build and maintain good professional relationships, and will be a confident and enthusiastic teacher with a passion for the subject.
